Managing Broker Steve Cramer brings over thirty five years of experience in real estate marketing, training and sales to the organization. After graduating form the University of Colorado Steve began his career in the 70’s with one of Denver’s most prestigious real estate firms, quickly rising to the top ten in sales for the firm. In 1976 he became managing broker and partner in Re/Max Northwest building one of the metropolitan areas highest producing offices. His commitment to the business and community were evident as he became President of the North Metro Denver Realtors® Association, was named Realtor® of the year and was elected Adams County Commissioner.
Steve is a nationally recognized trainer and has earned the national real estate designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB). He was recently awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the North Metro Denver Realtors Association and was elected as a Director for the Colorado Association of Realtors®. Diane Schmidt brings a unique and distinguished business background to her role as chief administrator and partner. With a degree in Home Economics and a major in Housing from Colorado State University she began her career as a Home Economist for Public Service Company of Colorado. During Diane’s career with Public Service (Excel Energy) she rose to become North area manager for the public utility. She was a founding member of The Westminster Community Artist Series , Served as Chair for the MetroNorth Chamber of Commerce and spent six years as a director for the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD). Since entering the real estate business some twelve years ago she earned the national designations of Certified Residential specialist,Accredited Buyers representative (ABR) Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). Diane currently serves as President of the North Denver Metro Association of Realtors. Diane’s business acumen and financial background made grasping and understanding the unique benefits offered to agents affiliated with Exit Realty Corp International a “no brainer”.
