Initials, the real estate industry loves initials. There is only one problem, most people have no idea what all those initials stand for. In order to help you navigate through the sea of initials we want to provide you with a glossary of initials.
Each set of intials signifies the completion of a set of rigorous requirements, both educationally and experience related, necessary to earn these prestigious designations. We are proud that our agents have taken the time to differentiate themselves by completing these advanced courses in order to provide the highest level of service.
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - Less than 5% of Realtors® Nationally have earned this designation.
Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB)- Less than 2% real estate brokers have earned this designation.
Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES)- Specialized training in dealing with the unique challenges faced by maturing clients.
Quality Service Certified (QSC) - National certification in providing clients with the very highest level of service. Providing clients with written service agreement on which we are measured.
Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) - The only nationally recognized designation recognizing expertise in assisting those faced with foreclosure.
Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) - Recognition for completion of advanced studies in all facets of real estate as directed by the National Association of Realtors®
